[FFML] Mercedes Lacky reverses stance on Fanfiction

Thanks to the corrupting influence of Cory Doctorow upon her
agent, Mercedes Lackey is now allowing fanfiction in her
worlds, as long as it is licensed as derivative fiction under
the Creative Commons umbrella.

Admins, if I'm not mistaken, that would open up the FFML to
Lackey fics now, correct?
