Nice work. Sorry I didn't get to it sooner. The pacing on it is nice and 
even, dialogue is good, and your plot is moving along well. Didn't spot 
any obvious grammar mistakes. Since I didn't read the first version, I 
can't tell how much you've improved this, but as it is it stands out 
well. I'm a bit hampered by the fact I remember next to nothing about 
YYH,and I try to forget about 99% of Kenshin alotgether. But regardless 
this is good. I'll try to get to the next part at some point and give 
you at least a little feedback.
