I assume it's your fic?  Certainly it couldn't be posted otherwise without 
permission.  Assuming it's yours, unfortunately, I haven't moderated for 
RAAC for a long time (my orig. ISP ended up with *severe* Usenet 
problems).  I believe though that RAAC moderators can post fics for people 
without access(?).  Probably you'd be best contacting the RAAC moderation 
team (is the info still in the RAAC FAQ), and taking it from there. 
Being a moderated group, you don't need Usenet access to post, as you 
don't actually post to the group, but rather send to a predefined e-mail 
address (at least, that's how it worked when I was active).  Sorry I can't 
be of more help - as I said, it's been several years since I've moderated, 
though perhaps I should start again now I have my own domain/servers.
