[FFML] Moonshadow -- final word on the gun thing

Just to forestall excessively long debate threads about it, which detract 
from the actual reading of and commenting on stories (and my work on the 
next chapter):

1. I dropped the Sten thing, realizing it doesn't make sense and will draw 
too much heat from gun nuts.

2. The whole reason it was there in the first place is that my (admittedly 
minimal) research indicated Sten 9mm submachine guns had the same 
association with yakuza that the Tommy gun has with the Mafia. This may or 
may not be so, and is beside the point in any case since it backfired 
massively.

3. I HATE GUNS. I make it a point to know as little about them as possible, 
and any time a story involves the use or display of a firearm, it invariably 
ends in me doing six or more hours' research just to make sure I don't 
torque off the gun otaku that might be reading. (It never works--they ALWAYS 
come out of the woodwork to nitpick.)

So there you have it, and that's all that needs to be said on this matter.
