	I think you might be referring to a series of fics written by 
MisatoKitty. In order:

	If you want to read them, be aware that it's a very VERY long read, but 
quite an interesting and enjoyable one. Truth was first written in 2001 
and the latest chapter of Justice was posted just a couple weeks ago, if 
that gives you any idea. I'm on the third chapter of Justice as I write 
this, and it's taken me a month to get that far (real life 
notwithstanding, YMMV).
