Not aware of one, but it would be an interesting idea.  I imagine 
something along the lines of their being formally engaged as infants 
(rather simply than the agreement), and Genma taking Ranma to the Tendos 
not for an engagement, but to formalise the marriage itself.  Whether Soun 
would have told Akane beforehand, who knows, but certainly I'd imagine 
Genma would have said nothing to Ranma.
