[FFML] [ADMIN]mail configurations

Still on the warpath against the blacklists and against spam. 	

Doing the mail configuration thing right now, about to do an update to
the server.  I'm hoping this doesn't break, but it tests out in such a
way that it should just work. =)  I'll know in a little bit if it
