Whooo!  New chapter! And, for once, I actually get to contribute
something... more or less.

Actually, that's the salute used by the Cub Scouts.  The Webelos and Boy
Scouts use a three finger, thumb on the pinkie salute.

Which I'm sure falls under "Boy Scout-style", but let me have my pedantic
Eagle Scout moment!
