% Yep. I thought so, which is the intention behind the title of the fic. 
Haruhi might love the job so much she'd never willingly leave the Doc's 
side. I can see her regenerating each time the Docotr does just for 
laughs. :)

% That could work as well. The doc has had a wide range of helpers. I'd 
say Leela to Romana (ver 1 and 2) during Tom Baker's arc was the most 
telling in that regard. So there's no single 'type' of person that 
travels with the Doc.
