While most of your suggestions and comments are accurate and correct,
the grammatical statement about ellipses is not. A space is
grammatically required following one, especially if it's in the middle
of a sentence.

I'm not sure if this is the problem, but you might want to try ASCII
.txt, not just Unicode. For example:

That 1/2 and copyright symbols are not standard ASCII.

This contains two types of ellipses. You want to use only the second,
which is comprised of three periods, rather than the first, which has a
specific ellipsis symbol. (Also, though this isn't causing the
autoreject, there is no space after an ellipsis that comes in the middle
of a sentence: e.g., it should be "way more powerful...I
have...failed?".)

That line is using "smart quotes" (hint: see the difference between that
line's quotes and the ones I just used). If you're using Word to
compose
this, turn off smart quotes. (Or, bett
er yet, use Notepad or the like
instead of Word - except, at the very end, copy and paste into Word for
a
spell check.)
Also, though this probably isn't causing the rejection itself, you
should probably add line breaks to make sure your lines do not exceed
about 70-72 characters (or less). Otherwise, some mail agents (like
mine) will have people scrolling left and right as well as up and down
while trying to read the story, which makes the story less readable.
