Then I think I can safely say you'll love the book.  It uses  
synthesis of information from many different fields to draw some  
astonishing conclusions.  For example, comparing body lice DNA to  
head lice DNA then calculating how long ago they diverged it appears  
clothing was invented by erectus, not sapiens.  And that somewhere  
during the world wide expansion of sapiens they must have come into  
contact with remnant bands of erectus.
