Since nobody said, "hell, no!", I've put the latest copy of the
guide up on my website. You can find it at
http://www.eclipse.net/~rms/guide/fwg.txt
Again, please be aware that except for the first of its three
sections, it is terribly incomplete. There are several places
with notes and placeholders, and any material that is in
((double parens)) is actually text from a contributor that I
haven't yet incorporated in some way.
That said, any suggestions, ideas, comments, pet peeves,
corrections and so on would be particularly welcome. Pointers
to bad ficcage with your comments on what makes it bad are also
welcome -- if I can find a place to use it, I will.
