I'd have to agree. The only real rival I can recall is "Statesmanlike M.
Quadruped", which wasn't so much a 'Net handle as a randomly-generated
name attached to a piece of spam I received a couple of years back.

Actually, the original word/spelling/what-have-you is "capisce". I've
just done a minimal amount of checking, and "capiche" is apparently
considered a potential alternative spelling by at least some people
(though I probably woudn't agree with them), but I don't see anything
one way or the other on "capice".

(For some reason, the original post to which you replied has not
appeared on my end. Has anyone else also not received it yet?)
