I don't know about you, but I'd be doing an Arthur Dent in her place...

I didn't take great pains to hide it, did I? I wanted this fic to be 
self-contained, but expandable. I may take up this thread at a later 
date, or someone else could if they wish. (Though I've got a few notes 
that never made it into the story, so if you decide you want to take a 
whack at it, let me know and I'll share them.)
