Unless my horribly patchy anime knowledge has failed me, Captain 
Britain's identity is as obvious as a mangled proverb. :) By the Card 
Knights, I think you mean the ones from the 'Wild Cards' OVA, don't you? 
With the giant chess pieces? But then, who would have the Meggan role, 
and why?

Rin Tohsaka (Fate/Stay Night) as the Scarlet Witch (though who could be 
Quicksilver? Maybe Saber, not a Servant but human, and no sword? Or 
Archer?). I wouldn't try Sae Sawanoguchi (Magic Users Club) - high power 
but no control.
Figure 17 as Vision. (But what could make Hikaru and Tsubasa act as an 
android? Not good....)
Kino (Kino's Journey) as Ghost Rider?
Genzo Soga and Megumi Amatsuka (Tenshi na Konamaiki a.k.a. Cheeky Angel) 
as Cloak and Dagger?
The cast of Full Metal Panic as... what was it? Silver Sable and the 
Wild Pack?
I'd actually like to see Izumi Sawatari (He Is My Master) as She-Hulk....

One of the weirdest ideas I've had (and don't ask how I came up with it) 
is for the Starjammers (from X-Men). Bunta Fujiwara (Initial D), as the 
captain of Tsunami (Tenchi Muyo)? Kiyone and Mihoshi as two of the crew?
