[FFML] [ADMIN] More web service stuff

Hope everyone has been surviving the holidays. =^^=

Some time this week (I hope), I will be turning on Apache 2 on the server, 
but in order to test it out and make sure it Just Works (TM), rather than 
shutting down web services and flipping things over, I'll be running 
Apache2 on an alternate port.  (For those unfamiliar with what this means, 
find your way to http://en.wikipedia.org and look up "TCP Ports" (no 
quotes).)

I'm hoping to have this working on Wednesday, but as I will likely (yet 
ironically) be exhausted from sitting in aircraft all day and/or waiting 
around at HellAX for a connecting flight (don't ask), it...well, once 
there's more information, I'll post about it again. =^^= How it affects 
the list is that it won't affect the distribution system, but what should 
happen is that the archive will be distributed a bit better.

(For that weird bug we still get in the archive where it cuts of at a 
strategic location, that's not a webserver issue, that seems to be a 
glitch in Mailman.  The dev team still seems to be working on that, but 
I'll check on that when I get home as well, and hopefully I can get in 
there and do some more cleanup - since, if I remember right, it's still 
happening once in a while.  I appreciate everyone's patience in this 
while we...well, hurry up and wait for it to get fixed.)
