That one's easy to explain. At the heart of it, Gai's a well-meaning
teacher who would probably be very offended by the suggestion that he'd
do anything sexual to his charges.

simple reason: BUGS! Eeeeeeew...
I don't see how the Aburame EVER get any, with that whole insect thing going
on...
Depending on your view of the size of the clans, it's quite possible
that almost all of them marry other Aburame. (I believe I've seen it
suggested in at least one fanfic that they adopt orphans and raise them
in the clan for that purpose to avoid inbreeding, which could make it
work even with a smaller clan.)
