are you guys going to answer my question or bicker about spelling,

There are two problems with your request, really.
One is the spelling, grammar and punctuation, and everyone's been
focussing on this because it's so easy. Look -- those things *do*
matter, a great deal, and not just in stories. You are talking to a
list of *writers* here, and they have a strong reaction to bad
writing, whether it's a story or not. The fact that your request
was written so poorly made everyone think that your story, if it got
written, wasn't likely to be better. (I note, by the way, that the
complaint above is no better. For heaven's sake, use capital
letters!)
The second problem was what you were asking. This list of points you
wanted "help" with is huge -- tell me, is there anything in your
proposed story that you were going to supply yourself? It rather
looked to me as though you wanted us to write your story for you.
I am not unprepared to help -- and a lot of others here would say the
same. But we'd like to see some indication that you can make a little
effort of your own, first. A literate request for help would be a
good starting point.
