Restarting the Bet: A challenging Spamfic

Sharp. Ranma Saotome is a creation of Rumiko Takahashi and Hotaru
Tomoe is a creation of Naoko Takeuchi.
Toltiir was staring in his Well, thinking of something, anything he
could do. To put it simply, he was bored. Normally when Gods of
Mischief get bored they find something to entertain them, typically
annoying some mortal to no end, but Toltiir wasn't that kind of God of
Mischief. He preferred to have people entertain him. Maybe that was
why he enjoyed messing with the Ranma timeline so much.
The cat god continued his musings as to what changes he could make to
Ranma's life this time and where to see what would happen to the
timeline. Unfortunately it had already been done. Everything and
anything he could think of had already been done. Toltiir turned his
eye to the other timelines, hoping that he could mix the two and
perhaps get a newer, better timeline when something caught his eye.
One significant event that if changed could cause a timeline to cave
in on itself, causing all sorts of mayhem.
A smile graced the cat god's lips... He knew exactly what he needed to
do. It had been a few years since Featherbrite's Tale won his Bet, and
that Ranko goddess really didn't know what she was doing when she
announced her own. Yes, the only true Bet was his, and it was time for
it to start anew. However, this time there would be changes to the
rules.
Previously it had been one change to any event on the timeline,
causing a cascade downward to see how the timeline became modified.
This was very successful and entertained the God of Mischief
immensely. This new change had to do with that pivotal event.
"Yes... Let's see what happens when Hotaru Tomoe is found by someone
other than the Outer Senshi... Welcome to the new Bet."
With that he announced the Bet's reopening to all, and he began
awaiting entries.
Idea/challenge: Yes you heard it, there is a new Bet that I myself am
starting. However, I am paying homage to the original Bet creator this
time by using his character.
The Rules are as follows: The change must happen when Hotaru is
found after the defeat of Pharoh 90 and she must not be found by the
outers. Who she is reraised by will affect her and her personality
when she grows up.
Length-wise, I'd prefer it to be a multi-chapter, or if a one-shot at
least 11,000 words for the story. I myself will be doing a
pseudo-entry but can't really win. I'd say we'd need a panel of judges
for this as well if anyone wants to volunteer.
