I know Eduardo said it at least twice. The way he said it makes me  
find it a
bit wary and incredulous, though; originally, a bunch of kids (and  
a black girl
who seemed like a low-tech version of a ghostbuster to boot, what  
with all her
various ghost-catching gadgets) was able to defeat Skulker in a very
embarrassing way that I could barely take him seriously, then  
bam... now he's
suddenly super-powered and has proton beams bouncing off of him  
left and right?
Feh. He can't beat two kids and now suddenly he can take on two  
generations of
ghostbusters? Seriously, that really tries my suspension of  
disbelief. Two
mentions from Eduardo won't be enough; I'll be expecting at least a  
more valid
explanation than the Piccolo-like 'Such power!' by the next chapter.

The villain is a canon character and hates Danny with a passion that  
zoomed past obsessive a few years ago and is somewhere in the  
neighborhood of Terrifying Avenue and "Holy Shit!" Street, that's all  
I'll say.

As for your other comments, I can only say that the villain of the
piece has yet to be introduced, but I can tell you that its not Vlad.
Not directly.

Here's hoping it's not another Annoying New Character or an  
amalgamation of
past and present canon villains to create an Even More Annoying New  
Character
that's Ridiculously Overpowered to Boot. ^_~ I'm not that worried,  
of course;
you have a good track record when it comes to these fanfic things.
