I think Mikan might be a little more upset than that.

She's sleep deprived, drugged and groggy.  That throws her off her game. 
I don't think she's even aware at this point that she's been hit.  And
anyway she's fairly used to being struck awake by Hotaru.

Not about being hit.  She's best friends with Hotaru.  About the 
humiliation of wetting the bed and being seen to do it by one of her 
peers.  Ten is the age when that's like the end of the world.
