Dude, a "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" fanfic. I am in awe.

Hey, Haruhi, Caravan Kidd, IMMSE ... I seem to really like all the
oddball stuff. What can I say? :p

I really liked this story so far - it quite captured a hard-to-capture
series. Kyon's voice seemed a little off, until I read your note about it
being based more on the novels. At any rate, well done, and I look Forward
to more!

It's not perfectly true to the novels either, unfortunately, but
that's partially because the story I'm writing focuses more on Kyon
than Haruhi initially. He speaks about himself a lot more, as I write
him; like I commented to Mr. Sommer, it's a bit more Americanized....

Still, I'm glad you liked it, and I hope to have the sucker completed
by the end of the month. Should be a short one for me. :D
