LOL! That was great. Of course, in regards to DB's comment, I'm sad
to report that there is a Pong category on ff.net and it currently has
67 stories (I use that term loosely). I can't quite figure out how it
managed to beat Asteroids (only 7 entries) and Bubble Bobble (with a
disappointing 1), but there you go. Yay for ff.net and all the
unrecognized fandoms it supports! <cough>sarcasm<cough> ^_^
Best,
I'll have you know I had an idea for a Ranma/PacMan crossover...
Setting a trap for Happosai. Leaving a trail of panties for him to
follow... I was just having trouble figuring a way go give him a giant
yellow bag.
I got sick of those "Sonic the Hedgehog" crossovers and tried to think
up something stupider. Of course a BeyBlade/YuGiOh cross would manage it.
It does not simply matter which kind of crossover is made, but how it
is done. I know my Mario - Ranma Crossover was not good, and that Pong
- Zelda crossover was a quick laugh.
And on FF.net in the Pong Category where a lot of Pac-Man fanfiction.
(At least, in Pac-Man, there are those Pac-Man Adventure / World
games, and it has actual characters)
Or using those old games as comic releave as in Futurama, when Space
Invaders Attack to get Quarters to do the laundry (because DK smells).
So, as long it's a good read, and legally allowed, it shouldn't matter.
Greetings
