Ano...just to be anal-retentive, you didn't include a section specific to
non-Japanese animation. I mean, we've already had A LOT of discussion about
this in the past, and we know in general what will and won't fly here, but
it'd be nice to get an official blanket on that one.
 

This is My Personal Opinion:

I can't see Ren & Stimpy, Merrie Melodies(Buggs Bunny, Tiny Toons, Daffy 
Duck, etc.), Tom & Jerry, South Park, Beavis and Butthead, Gumby, or 
other cartoons like them having fanfics dedicated just to them.

Obvious ones that would have fanfics on this list would be SWATKats, 
Captain Planet, Jem and the Holograms(A US pretty girl cartoon), He-Man 
and the Masters of the Universe(both), She-Ra,  Thundarr the Barbarian, 
Dungeons and Dragons, Young Gulliver, Mighty Max, Bravestarr, COPS, 
Centurions, Challenge of the Gobots, Dino-riders, Dinosaucers, Drak Pak, 
Galaxy Rangers, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Kid Video, MASK, Pole 
Position, Reboot, Cubix, Silverhawks, Three Musketeers, Visionaries, War 
Planets, among others.

Fortuneatley almost all of Supermarionation based shows are 
action/adventure and don't need to be looked at..  The only one that 
comes to mind that isn't is about the boy Samson with his dog Goliath 
preaching things to kids, and that one wouldn't qualify for this list..
