Actually original works in the anime vein were always allowed. We had 
overlooked the idea of original works in the new genres. It would 
probably be best to allow original works in the vein of the allowed new 
categories. Do keep in mind it's primarily a fanfiction mailing list, so 
the respones might not be overwhelming. But we'll allow it for now. If 
problems crop up we'll deal with them then.

I wonder if I can remember enough about ST_Voyager to write up the plot 
I had 7 years ago that only worked for that series...
