While slightly interesting in that you tried crossing Duck Tales, the
fact that it is no more than an outline is a little off-putting.  And
an outline of like, two scenes to boot; not really chapter-worthy since
nothing is introduced or explained.

EXPAND!

That's the best advice I can give... what would logically happen if a
giant duck was walking around Tokyo?

Would he be hunted down and served on a platter?  Seriously, why would
he want to go to the Nekohanten?  Would they let the single largest
roast duck they've ever seen walk out of their restaurant?

This story lacks even a premise behind it other than the amusing
thought of watching Nabiki and Scrooge McDuck, two of the stingiest
characters to grace a TV, verbally duking it out.  You don't even have
a very good reason why he's there, or why Nabiki started charging a
/ton/ of money off the bat, or why he's asking her for information
anyway.  With Scrooge's personality type he'd be more likely to try to
find the information on his own rather than spend a dime.

Expand it, and you might have something worthy of being called a specific.
