Look, if we can't keep the personal (or borderline) personal attacks out 
of it, I'm going to have to hand out tempbans, and I *really* hate doing 
that.  I'm trying to get away from the BOFH tendencies, kids.

Allow me to quote another admin on another board:  "Be Nice. Be on topic. 
Be creative. Agree to disagree. And fer goodness sakes, have a sense of 
humor!"
