most people have never heard of it, and thus won't read it. Catch 22: the 
list is largely made up of Ranma holdouts, and there's isn't at present 
much of a market here for other series.

I've, uh, kinda deliberately expanded myself beyond Ranma, mostly because other fanfiction made me want to read other source material, though perhaps in that respect I am just a weird little man. I'll be going back at least  two months and actually posting on-list criticism for everything non-Ranma that I've been able to track down and understand well enough to crit.

Except Ronin Summer, because other people have already said OMGRITEMOR! everything I want to say about that one. 

The real problem is that I'm now hooked on tracking down an ever-expanding library of original sources. Sure, in some cases it's just as spotty as most fic could ever hope to be, but I am now a terribly, terribly desparate fan of Naoki Urasawa. He's done some great Astro Boy fanfic, y'see...
