I disagree with that statement.
I would LOVE to get honest helpful reviews, and I
DON'T get "lol luv ur fic rite mor plz" reviews on FFN
(I don't get many at all).
I stopped posting to the FFML for a number of reasons,
most prominent being that, when you state that you are
Australian and use Australian/UK spelling in your fic,
specifically ask for continuity and environmental
concrit, and the ONLY comments you receive are ALL
"you misspelled 'color' as 'colour'", it is more than
slightly annoying. I do believe I can be forgiven for
deciding that the FFML is no longer a place where I
will find decent concrit. And at least FFN doesn't
pretend that IT is.
I won't discuss the fact that at the time I and a few
friends of mine, all of us specifically shoujo-themed
writers, were finding what few reviews we WERE getting
here were rather hostile, as well. I shall simply say
that when one does not feel welcome, others should not
be surprised when one withdraws.

You left because you feel unwelcome here?
I don't get it then.
I feel very unwelcome here, and I'm never leaving.
