Actually, no, there *is* a limit on the size of LJ posts.  Unfortunately, I
tend to hit it often. ^_^;;;

Well as far as I know, LJ posts themselves can be as large as you  
want. The comments, however, are limited in size. That may be a  
software issue, though. I don't know.
