Blow after blow the combatants traded, with neither gaining the
advantage. Gaav was grinning, for he enjoyed battle like no other, and
was sure of his eventual victory. Lina was silent, with a grim look of
determination on her face. She knew she only had one chance to succeed,
and that she would have to try to hang on until then. Then suddenly, she
saw it and stuck with all her might, with devastating effect.

"Paper!" "Scissors!" Linas scissors cut through Gaavs paper, dealing an

to his rear, his jaw hanging open. "I... lost?" uttered the Dark Lord in
disbelief. Then, his face turning into a grimace of rage, he stumbled up
and bellowed: "I cannot believe that I lost to her!"

Lina, who had been been basking in the cheers of the crowd, turned to
look at Gaav and said: "Oh? And what's so unbelievable in losing to me?"
Their gazes locked in a staring match. Then Gaav turned away, saying
"Hmmph! Even dragons like me will avoid you."

Gaav is a dragon?

At that moment, all hope
of avoiding a battle was lost.

and Gaav hated it. So he would get bored, find Lina
and demand they finish their match, without interruptions from the Hell
Brat. And Lina, having at least as bad a temper as the Monster, was more
than happy to oblige. Of course, when you can neither die or even get
tired, it's hard to establish who's a better fighter, so alternatives
had to be thought out - a year-long running battle made that abundantly
clear to everyone. But of course, when one would lose, they immediately
declared that the game hadn't been "their style", or just picked a real
fight.

A particularly strong explosion hit Saygram, throwing Gaav's servant to

wouldn't be such a bad day after all.

So the buildings can be destroyed but the people can't even be
temporarily hurt?
