I had an interesting Ranma idea too. In order to make Ranma a great Martial 
Artist, Genma sacrifices him to a demonic whatever and it removes Ranma's 
soul and makes him undead as well. This has the effect of making Ranma 
unkillable (he's already dead).
 

Ok? So, what are you going to do with it?

Is Ranma going to be the hero or the villain?

Does he go nuts and kill his father... or better yet, spend his entire 
time trying to kill his father in revenge?
Maybe his fiance? How about a little nibble?

Now that you have the idea, what are you going to do with it?
