Forgot to send this to the list, beside just LS McGill.

Been a while since I've done much with this.

Part of the reason for my apathy, is that often, while I enjoy the fic, the
best I can give in the way of C&C is 'nice work.'  While that may be
enjoyable, it's not really helpful, so I tend to not speak.

So, at least in some cases, it's not apathy, but not finding anything to
comment about, besides the fact you enjoyed it.

The way I see it, even something as insignificant as a "Nice work" or "Good 
job, keep it up" is a big step above saying nothing.  And even if it doesn't 
seem that helpful, it can at least let the author know that there are people 
out there who are enjoying the fic.  At least that's how it is with me, 
because if I submit a fic, whether it's to the FFML or ff.net, if I don't 
get any reviews at all I just stop working on it because I have to assume 
that people either don't like it or just aren't bothering to read it.

So even if all you have in the way of C&C is just words of encouragement, 
give 'em.  It can do wonders for the authors writing esteem. ;)
