Or... how about if the Lieutenant is actually a Cylon... a failed Cylon 
model foisted upon the humans to confuse them.  So he could still be 
super-strong and not be able to find his way from the bridge to his 
quarters.  =)
   

Robo-Hibiki?  How about Ryoga of Borg?  "You coward! Come back here and
be assimilated!  Does anyone remember where we parked the cube?"  And we
always thought the Borg would be a tough enemy.

 

Or Ryoga as Bart Garsus in Vandred.  Naturally, that would mean Ranma 
would have to play the Hibiki Tokai
part.
