Ranma had heard enough.  He left them to their bickering.

Yes, more than a few of those villains were more powerful than Saffron.
However, all of these villains fall into one of three categories

1) Beaten by "some other force"  the Amazon quartet fall here, along with
Galaxia, Ail & Ann, Fiore.

2) Backstabbed.  LOTS of Sailor Moon villains check out this way.  Beryl's
first three generals, Rubeus and a few of the Black Moon guys, a few of the
witches, Fish-Eye, Tiger-Eye, Eagle-Eye, a couble of Galaxia's scouts,
Diamond and his brother.

3) Beaten by Sailor Moon after all the other senshi were smacked aroun like
ping pong balls

4) Victory through team effort - Beryl/Metallia, Wiseman/Death Phantom,
virtually EVERY 'youma of the week'

Most of Ranma's victories (including Saffron IIRC) were done single-handedly

In conclusion, I think Sailor Moon is the only one that has bragging rights
over Ranma.  Track records for the other senshi is not nearly that good.
