of Lupin the Third, but it does. Good old Inspector Zenigata - he may

get a

lot of grief, but he was the only cop who ever managed to get *close* to
catching Lupin.

I'll admit, I must have missed something.  L-III's Zenigata was the
only thing I thought of -- I just assumed Lurker was making a minor
off-the cuff xref.
And what does "detekoi" translate as, anyway?

It means "come out" or "appear", but I was using it as a placeholder until I
figured out an appropriate callout phrase for Conan's zanpakutou. In the
current draft, it has been replaced with what will probably be the permanent
shikai phrase.
