And what a load of bunk.  Genma himself came up with a ki attack.  He
just decided that it was too likely to accidentally kill bystanders to
be used.  Probably the biggest indicator that there's more to Genma
than just a swindling layabout with some fighting ability.  Happosai
may not use them, but then neither does Cologne.  I theorise both of
them need the energy involved too much to keep breathing.  

Kasumi dabbed at the corner of one eye and said, "But I want you

realize that you did hurt me, it just took longer than saying no

I don't know why it is that Ranma always seems to amend his character
flaws when hooked up with someone other than Akane in fanfic.  No,
wait, I do.  It's because when Kasumi, or one of those reformed
Nabikis is the victim of his mendacity, overconfidence and moral
cowardice, it's not very amusing.  His imperfections work better when
matched with
an almost as flawed person.
