I think your version looks too much like Ryoga-kun. She's also FAR
to normal looking. It's a curse, and thus the form should annoy
Ryoga no end...
One idea would be that Girl-type Ryoga look like Ranma-chan did when
she dressed up as Ryoga's sister...a little mousy girl that no one
would even notice if she wasn't on speed and bouncing off the walls.
How about Mari from Project A-ko? Whereas Ranma-chan is smaller and
weaker than Ranma-kun, Ryoga-chan could be bigger and stronger as a
girl...and look like "/Hokuto No Ken" /in a schoolgirl uniform.

Those are actually both very funny ideas, particularly Mari! If I
hadn't already given Ryoga a description in the fic, I might've used
one of those... Maybe later on Ryoga can fall in Spring of Drowned

It's hard to find good pictures of Mari. For some reason she doesn't
have many fan-boys... The picture I gave a link for showed just how BIG
Mari was...but it's a little dark to see her pigtails or how strange she
looked in her sailor-schoolgirl outfit. She REALLY looks like Fist of
the North Star in a skirt and pigtails.
Ryoga has always had a huge inferiority complex. Can you imagine when
he's inferior to his own girl-side? He can't even beat her like he kept
trying with Ranma... Unless you get some instant spring of the drowned
twin water... What a thought... Ryoga-kun looses to Ryoga-chan and
vows eternal vengeance. Or perhaps Ryoga-kun wins through default when
Ryoga-chan gets lost. With some quick footwork you could bring Amazon
Law into it and she'd be his own wife.
And then there was Agent K in A-ko, who looked like smaller version of
Mari, but not by much. The sight of her in her battle bikini, wielding
two HUGE scimitars...
