Umm, Agent K is from Men in Black, played by Tommy Lee Jones.  The 
Project A-ko character you're referring to is "Spy D"  (I just watched 
A-ko last night)

You're right...  I blame a fic who's name I can no longer remember in 
which Ranma-chan flew into school dragging Akane and someone commented 
that "R-ko flattened Agent-K again" after Ranma-chan clotheslined Kuno.  
To this day I can't get the thought of Project R-ko out of my head...and 
Kuno taking off his kendo getup and revealing a battle bikini...
