I believe it's part 5 of "The Shadow Chronicles."

read the series myself as by the description it
looks to be a "Mary Sue" 
fic with the Mary Sue being played by an uber-Ranma
from another 
universe named "Ranko."

That's kind of harsh. Personally I found it to be one
of the 4 best anime fanfiction stories I've ever read.
McKinnon truly has a talent for weaving an intriguing
tale. He's even managed to make me enjoy a story
starring the Sailor Senshi, which is a big feat in
itself. ;)

I'd recommend giving it a chance and try it out. The
story grows on you after a while.
