Yes, it's intended to convey not only shock, that Sakaki is no longer 
being so careful about her typing (or trying to type like she thinks 
Chiyo would), but also just to show she normally types very differently. 
(Notice that Chiyo was trying to be much more clipped while 
impersonating Sakaki.)

For example, I cannot even reply to yahoogroups, because I used
a different account for that subscription. I trimmed the cc list
to FFML, sorry.

I... didn't know it was important to answer C&C to every list I sent it 
to? n.n; I mean, I get it either way. I just sent it out to all the 
lists it was relevant to/I tend to send to lists as it was the most 
convenient way to do it.
But if various people feel that way, I'll try to remember it in the future.
