The headers are corrupted.  The From: header was mashed together with a
previous header, and an illegal character (8th bit set) is between the two
headers.  For all intents and purposes, the message has no From: header, and
one header with illegal content, as per RFC 2822.

I notice Charles's email unfortunately went through the horrors of a
Microsoft Exchange server, that could very easily explain the corruption.
