Since this is so short, I'll do it before getting back to something
I'm
doing for a friend.
Much appreciated.
Yet more proof that letting me have an idea is itself a bad one.
Funny, I get that a lot, too.
I like your spamfics, too.
A priest, a rabbi, and a nun walked into a bar. It was the
perfect
setup for a joke, but nobody so much as looked up.
Heh. Wonder if it has anything to do with Haunted Junction.
Never seen it, sadly.
None of them really
stood out from the usual patrons... people in all manners of dress
frequented the bar, and even the most religious citizens of the town
the town's most religous (sounds better to me)
It's close, but I'll go with yours.
were known to resort to alcohol from time to time to calm their

Ugh, i hate that 'had since had' is there anyway to rephrase that?
I thought of "had been ___ of", but I couldn't think of anything to fill
the gap. Maybe "now had" and an appropriate change of tense. Darn
English language auxiliaries.
The blond man, who until this point had seemed completely
uninterested in the interaction, quickly knocked the gun out of the
priest's hand and stood up, knocking
two uses of knocking in quick succession. I'd change one, maybe the
first to 'swatted'
Good catch. I'll be changing that section.
the table over. The woman ducked
behind him and opened a book with a cover the color of the dust
and hence we have our title
Sometimes, titles for these mystery fusions are hard to come up with.
This one was pretty obvious.
"The second spell!" shouted the woman, reading from the next page
of
the book. "RISCANO!"
Hmm. So Vash is a slave to the book?
In Konjiki no Gash, the mamodo have supernatural powers, but they can
only use them when their human partner reads the appropriate spell from
their book. In this case, the spells correspond to Vash's superhuman
shooting skills and weapons.
KONJIKI NO VASH/VASH BELL
Ah ha. Don't know that series, even if its on CT. Ah well
I recommend it if you have the time to check it out. Viz Media's put out
three books of the manga so far.
THanks for sharing.
Just glad to have an idea worth writing for the first time in ages. Now,
if only I can finish that Azumanga crossover and get it published...
Thanks for commenting, as always.
