Pantomime isn't sign language.  He wouldn't spell out every word in
gestures separately.  It would go something like:

Which might not work anyway.  Gypsy Moth's limitation is probably
psychological meaning that he could control anything that he thought

% Nope, sadly Gypsy Moth/Skien's power is restricted to dead organic 
material like that. She's like the Magneto of clothing, which isn't 
anywhere as near as impressive as it sounds. On the plus side, she was 
able to defeat Crimson Cowl II in an eyeblink when CC was beating the 
crap out of the Thunderbolts. (As a side note, destroying the first 
Crimson Cowl's uniform would have been a useless gesture, since Ultron 
was underneath the garb.)

Pride wouldn't allow her to 'miss' so badly a second time. 
   

Good sense wouldn't let her do that twice.  It was reckless to do it
