This is the second time we see the main villian.  He first showed up in 
chapter 5a.

I am a little nervous to see what will happen when Ranma reveals
himself to the NWC, as it seems that you don't like Akane that much. 
At least you don't have her frothing like most people would.  (Though
she does seem to be pretty pissed.)
