How much bandwidth monthly do you require?

So what's going to happen to the Penultimate Ranma Fanfic Index?
I've used it for years... I would love to have a local copy of it
for my own use. If he plans to discontinue it, maybe he can make
an arc of the files for people before it goes away completely.

Hopefully you get the Lost Library settled soon. It's a favorite
site for me to visit as well. Lots of good stuff there. :)
