Interesting. It kind of reminds me of a fanfic called
"American McGee's Ranma 1/2" based off the Alice in
Wonderland game where all the little character flaws
were exagerated to grotesque levels. 

I can't say I'm that into it yet, (I like dark stories
but this seems a little too angsty) however you do
have me curious as to what Ranma is going to do next.
The convention in fanfics is to keep everything in
character, but some of my favorite fics are those
where one or more of the characters is purposefully
OOC. 

To see a shadow properly, you must have light, and so
I think you could use a brighter character or scene to
contrast Ranma's dark mood. You have plenty of room
for that if you do another chapter,though. This sort
of works as a one shot if that's what your going for,
but it really should be a continuing series.
