The big reason I lumped them all together here is
because they are all frustratingly incomplete with
very little chance at this point of being finished,
they're all good, and they are all "relatively"
obscure.

Wow, it's difficult to think of Hearts of Ice as being obscure, and I'll bet 
you're right that new people coming into the Ranma fanfic scene would know 
little about it.  However, given that the manga and anime were completed 
some fifteen years ago, I'm guessing there are relatively few "new" people 
on the Ranma fanfic scene.

Another story I deeply wish would be completed is Zen's "The Long and 
Winding Road", his Ukyo(u)/Ranma magna opus.  Now that was a great story.
