Second Note: Due to the sheer size of the work, it's possible I
missed a character or two. A No Prize to those that can tell me who I
might have missed.

I've already found a bunch I missed on my first run through. Fujisawa's 
first name, some aka's dropped, the correct names to the Nuku Nuku 
characters that got bumped off. Hopefully will nail more down later
