Actually, Spragg was just being sarcastic - when the Hulk ask
why pile of dirt try to mix up Hulk, it told him he was there
to personally insure that Hulk get lost. Not understanding
sarcasm, Hulk took him at his word and got mad. :)

Rogers was a battle hardened veteran. Ranma's just a teenager.
